In 2008 Kent Works partnered with Brand You to facilitate a series of Masterclass conferences across Kent to deliver this vision.

These Masterclasses are designed for year 10 and 11 students, nearing the end of compulsory education, from all schools around the county.

Schools are invited to an event that has the format of a conference hosted at an inspirational venue.

This interactive morning addresses the priorities contained within Kent's agenda for employability skills.

Brand You Masterclass Workshops focus on the skills of success and range from 'teamwork' to 'business & customer awareness', amongst other essential employability skills.

To finish the inspirational morning, former British Olympic athlete Geoff Parsons, delivers a motivational speech, which always receives excellent feedback from the students.
